In this role, pastry cooks are expected to demonstrate advanced culinary skills, learning on the job while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity in dessert and pastry preparation. Candidates must communicate effectively in English and be available to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational demands.

At Four Seasons, employees enjoy a robust benefits package that supports their health, well-being, and career progression. These benefits include free medical and dental insurance for employees and eligible dependents, career growth opportunities within the Boston property and the wider Four Seasons network worldwide, and access to complimentary room nights at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Additional perks include complimentary meals in the employee cafeteria, 401k participation with company matching, life insurance coverage, paid vacation, and sick time off, offering a comprehensive support system designed to enhance both personal and professional fulfillment.
