Job Duties

  • prepare and bake assorted pastries and desserts
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with culinary team to develop new pastry recipes
  • assist with plating and presentation of desserts
  • support catering and special event pastry needs
