You will also be tasked with following all food safety and hygiene protocols rigorously, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, and monitoring temperature controls on cooking appliances.

Additionally, the position requires close attention to food quality and portion sizes throughout shifts, adherence to operational procedures including safety policies, and reporting any hazards or malfunctions to management promptly. This role also demands physical capabilities such as lifting and transporting items up to 25 pounds, maintaining prolonged periods of standing, and maneuvering in kitchen spaces safely. It is suitable for candidates with at least a high school diploma or equivalent and less than one year of related work experience, with no supervisory experience or specific certifications required.

Joining the El Lido House Autograph Collection means becoming part of a prestigious Marriott International brand that values individualism and unique guest experiences. The company’s promise is that you will be in an environment where you can perform at your best, fulfill your purpose, collaborate with a remarkable global team, and grow into your best self as a professional.
