Job Requirements
- Technical trade or vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping
- No supervisory experience required
Job Qualifications
- Technical trade or vocational school degree preferred

- Familiarity with baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work as a team player and maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare breads and pastries including dough preparation proofing baking and decorating
- Review production sheets to determine daily baked goods
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance
- Communicate with Chef about excess food items for daily specials planning
- Use baking tools equipment and appliances safely and appropriately
- Follow food safety handling and personal hygiene procedures
