- One year minimum of cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel
- Passion for baking and pastry creation
- Trustworthy and have integrity
- Ability to fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards and culinary techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare the highest quality of food products for the restaurant and banquets according to menu descriptions and hotel standards
- Mentor Cook III and kitchen staff providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain in depth knowledge of food products sanitation standards and culinary techniques to execute dishes at the highest level
- Regularly restock kitchen supplies and food items along with maintaining cleanliness of your area
- Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail
- Work in a collaborative environment while maintaining professionalism
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
