Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ year experience as a Pastry Cook/Baker
- Must be able to attain an online food handler certificate
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques
- Knowledge of how a recipe works

- 2+ years of kitchen experience preferred
- Experience with baking and pastry preparation preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare desserts, pastries, and other baked goods using business recipes while operating large-volume cooking equipment
- Prepare and maintain ingredients, tools, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and merchandise
- Restock daily all pastries, cakes, pies, and other baked goods
- Ensure the product is stored, prepared, and served according to specifications and standards
- Execute pastry orders for catered events and accommodate special requests
- Prepare garnishes for baked items
