Job Duties

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing
Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies
Check temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and report issues
Clean and disinfect kitchen areas and set up and break down workstations
Monitor food quality and portion sizes during shifts
