Job Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Capacity to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing
  • Use baking and measuring tools and equipment appropriately
  • Follow food safety handling policies and personal hygiene procedures
  • Monitor and report appliance and food temperatures
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area and maintain cleanliness
  • Set up and break down workstations
  • Monitor food quality and portions served
  • Comply with safety and security policies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop positive working relationships
  • Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
