Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional pastry experience or equivalent advanced training
  • Strong understanding of pastry fundamentals and advanced techniques
  • Ability to work independently and lead small production tasks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes while maintaining speed and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work early mornings and occasional late evenings as needed
  • Ability to stand bend and move continuously throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead daily pastry production ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards
  • Execute advanced pastry techniques including laminated doughs plated desserts custards mousses and specialty items
  • Assist with oversight of prep lists and delegate tasks to Pastry Cooks 1 and 2 as needed
  • Maintain consistency in flavor texture and appearance across all pastry offerings
  • Assist in recipe development seasonal menu changes and special event production
