Job Duties
- Review production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to produce
- Prepare and cook baked goods according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety compliance
- Fulfill special requests involving dietary restrictions and allergies
- Report and correct imperfections and blemishes in pastry products
- Communicate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency
- Uphold departmental and hotel standards in all pastry operations
