Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior culinary experience in pastry
  • Passion for pastry arts

  • Ability to function well under pressure and adjust to changing conditions
  • High work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Prepare sweet items such as pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders
  • Ensure all dishes meet production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Collaborate with culinary team members to plan and execute pastry menu items
  • Adapt to changing production needs and priorities under pressure
  • Implement proper storage and handling procedures for ingredients and finished products
  • Contribute to maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
