Job Requirements

  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Previous experience in luxury pastry kitchens
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Ability to maintain sanitary and safe work practices
  • Ability to prepare a variety of pastries and desserts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Ensure production meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill orders efficiently
  • Manage inventory and ingredient stock for timely preparation
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines closely
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen
