Job Requirements
- One to two years of pastry, baking, or culinary experience in a hotel, resort, club, bakery, or restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert production
- Ability to follow recipes with precision and maintain consistent quality
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary or baking & pastry education is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with baking, decorating, finishing, and plating desserts for restaurants, banquets, weddings, and special events
- Complete daily mise en place and production to ensure the pastry kitchen is prepared for service
- Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation in every product
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Assist with inventory, product rotation, receiving deliveries, and minimizing food waste
- Work collaboratively with the pastry and culinary teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences
- Support seasonal menus, holiday offerings, and specialty events as needed
