Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- Previous background in luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant preferred
- Pastry degree or equivalent training advantageous
- Proven advanced pastry technique skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule supporting weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- Previous background in luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or Forbes-rated environment preferred
