Job Requirements
- previous pastry experience and/or a culinary degree is a plus
- a solid understanding of cooking ingredients and techniques
- flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays

- basic understanding of baking techniques and kitchen safety
- strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

- must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- assist in the preparation of a range of delicious pastries and desserts
- follow pastry culinary standards and recipes with precision
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pastry workstations and storage areas
- properly store and label ingredients and finished products
- support inventory control and daily prep lists
- embrace learning opportunities and grow your culinary expertise
- collaborate with pastry and culinary team members to ensure timely production
