Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
- Reliable transportation to work
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (5:00am - 2:00pm)
- Ability to remain positive, attentive, and hospitable at all times
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a related role
- Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates

Job Duties
- Accurately mix, bake, and decorate all products according to the bakery inventory list
- Maintain product quality by tasting baked goods and ensuring items are prepared to perfection
- Take ownership of your station, including maintaining pars, completing inventory sheets, and proper product storage and labeling
- Ensure all products meet the 'guest-ready' standard and adhere to sanitary food handling practices
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the kitchen team
- Assist with loading delivery vans to ensure timely product distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following the 'clean as you go' policy
