- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts
- Active food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare baked items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Places products into correctly prepared pans
- Regulates the drafts and temperatures of ovens
- Places items in ovens and removes them when baked
- Applies appropriate toppings to baked items
- Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
- Attends allergy and foodborne illness in-service training
