Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bakery or pastry experience preferred
  • Availability for early morning and weekend shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to use professional kitchen equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a baker pastry chef or in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Previous experience of 2 years preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with strong leadership skills
  • Available for early morning and weekend shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of desserts and sweets including cakes cookies and pastries
  • Decorate and produce cakes and baked goods
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
  • Prepare custom orders
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production
  • Manage inventory of baking supplies
