Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in a pastry cook role preferred
- Knowledge of pastry concepts and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate specialty pastry equipment

Job Qualifications
- Prefer one to two years of pastry experience
- Current with pastry concepts practices and procedures
- Organized and able to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
Job Duties
- Daily production for all outlets assisting cooks as needed
- Manage prep item pars and complete writing and execution of prep list
- Maintain a standard of presentation of all items produced and continually help to develop new standards for the stations
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation practices to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests
- Be able to properly use specialty equipment mixer dough sheeter etc
- Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly
- Communicate with coworkers and managers clearly
- Approach every day with a pro-active can do attitude and calm competent professionalism
- May perform other duties as assigned
