Job Duties
- Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards

- operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment including food processor, mixer, oven
- maintain a clean and efficient station
- manage and prioritize tasks by shift
