The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is a renowned hospitality company distinguished by its commitment to fostering a family-like culture among its employees, emphasizing both personal and professional growth. With over 30 locations, IRHG is continuously expanding its footprint, serving as an exciting employer in the hospitality industry with comprehensive benefits and internal advancement opportunities. The group prioritizes taking care of its employees, recognizing that a supported team delivers exceptional guest experiences, making hospitality a lifestyle rather than just a job. Among IRHG's notable dining concepts is Riva Mare, a restaurant inspired by the Italian coast. Riva Mare embodies a vibrant and inviting beach club atmosphere that merges lively energy with the warmth and simplicity of coastal Italian cuisine. This restaurant stands out with its seafood-forward menu featuring fresh, local ingredients such as crudos, whole roasted fish, housemade pestos, and rich olive oils, prepared with minimal fuss to highlight natural flavors. The ambience reflects a timeless seaside retreat blending open kitchens, warm woods, relaxed outdoor spaces, and an elevated yet fun environment.

The Pastry Cook role at Riva Mare offers an exceptional opportunity for culinary enthusiasts passionate about pastry arts to grow under the guidance of seasoned pastry professionals. This position involves preparing and baking a diverse array of desserts and baked goods that align with the Pastry Chef's vision. The role is perfect for individuals who are excited about perfecting classic items like soufflés and southern biscuits, with a focus on precision and quality. Responsibilities include adhering to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen protocols to ensure consistency and excellence. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of pastry preparation from daily prep to maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, complying with all health and safety regulations. This position also demands effective communication with management and team members to report any product shortages or equipment issues promptly. Working at IRHG means joining a team where hospitality is infused with heart and passion, offering a rewarding and fast-paced environment where growth and teamwork are highly valued. Competitive salary and benefits complement this role, making it a compelling opportunity within a friendly and dynamic hospitality setting.
