Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of related work experience preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene policies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation, and food preparation checklist
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and correctly for measuring and baking
- Follow and enforce food handling safety policies and personal hygiene procedures
- Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, reporting any issues to management
- Clean and sanitize kitchen area, establish and divide workstations, and comply with hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the work shift
- Comply with all company policies, including safety
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Complete safety trainings and certifications
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Keep proprietary information confidential and protect company assets
- Communicate clearly and professionally, answer phones using proper protocol
- Foster positive working relationships and support the team to achieve shared goals
- Follow quality expectations and standards
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces
