Job Requirements
- Six months to one year of pastry, baking or culinary experience
- Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert preparation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Pastry, baking or culinary experience six months to one year
- Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert preparation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
