Job Requirements

  • Six months to one year of pastry, baking or culinary experience
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert preparation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Pastry, baking or culinary experience six months to one year
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert preparation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
