They operate over 30 locations, providing generous benefits and a range of job opportunities, as well as internal growth prospects for all team members who are eager to advance their careers. The company’s mission revolves around reshaping and revolutionizing the hospitality industry by investing in its employees with heart and dedication. This dedication is reflected in their culture where taking care of their people ensures the best care for their guests. The role of the Pastry Cook at IRHG offers a unique opportunity for culinary enthusiasts passionate about pastry arts to develop their skills and contribute creatively to an exceptional hospitality team. This role is perfect for someone who finds excitement and pride in crafting expertly prepared desserts and baked goods—from finely crafted souffles to classic southern biscuits. The Pastry Cook position involves working closely with a seasoned Pastry Chef, allowing a hands-on learning experience while executing recipes with precision and artistry. Daily responsibilities include prepping and baking a variety of pastry items according to standardized recipes, adhering strictly to portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and following all health and safety regulations is critical. The role requires a proactive approach in communicating any product shortages, equipment issues, or food quality concerns to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly. Flexibility is essential as the work hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is physically active, requiring standing and walking most of the time with some stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting. IRHG offers a competitive salary and benefits package, a vibrant and fast-paced work environment, as well as an opportunity to be part of an expanding hospitality group driven by passion and excellence. Joining IRHG as a Pastry Cook also means becoming part of a culture that values teamwork, positive energy, and continuous professional development within a supportive and inspiring family-like atmosphere.
