Job Requirements

  • Six months to one year of pastry, baking or culinary experience
  • knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert preparation
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
  • current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 plus pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare, bake and present signature pastries, desserts, breads and specialty confections
