Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong sense of organization, urgency, and cleanliness
- Ability to take direction well and maintain a growth mindset
- Comfortable leading plating during busy service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with lamination and dough production is a plus
- Positive attitude, humility, and an ownership mentality
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work 50+ hours per week, and lift at least 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute a variety of pastry items including laminated doughs and plated desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
- Collaborate with the pastry leadership team to develop and refine recipes
- Support plating and presentation during busy service periods
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of baking ingredients
- Follow health and safety regulations within the kitchen
- Participate in continuous learning and team meetings to enhance pastry techniques
