Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Related experience and/or Culinary Program curriculum
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to communicate one-on-one and in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

Job Duties
- Prepares all dishes in accordance with standards of quality, quantity control, taste and presentation as established by the Pastry Chef
- Maintain food storage areas and receive, store and rotate food stock
- Keep a clean and orderly work area especially for the crew behind you
