  • minimum 2 years pastry experience
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and team members

Job Duties

  • assist in the preparation of pastries, bake and decorate cakes and confections, maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstation, collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new dessert recipes, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, manage inventory of baking supplies, support catering and banquet dessert needs
