Job Requirements
- WA State Food Handler's Card
- minimum two years pastry experience
- college degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- read, write, speak and understand English
- ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts using specified recipes
- assist in the baking and decorating of desserts to meet presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- collaborate with chefs and team members to innovate dessert offerings
- ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- monitor inventory and report supply needs
- assist with training and mentoring junior pastry staff
