Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a pastry cook
- Minimum 8 years of restaurant experience
- Food handler certification required
- Ability to work full-time in person
- Ability to meet scheduling commitments
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and inventory
Job Qualifications
- Cooking experience or back of the house experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen
- Strong attention to detail
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Food handler certification
Job Duties
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Dough preparation and pastry production
- Baking and preparing all pastry case items
- Fulfilling catering orders
- Assisting with dessert menu production
- Organizing and cleaning the work area
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
- Cleaning up the station and managing leftover food
- Stocking inventory
