We are currently seeking experienced Pastry Cooks to join our full-time kitchen team. This position is perfect for culinary professionals who are passionate about baking and dessert preparation and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in preparing a diverse range of baked goods and desserts, following established recipes to ensure consistency and quality. Candidates will be responsible for setting up and stocking their stations with all necessary supplies, including dough and ingredients crucial for pastry production. The job entails baking, preparing, and executing all items featured in our pastry case, as well as fulfilling catering orders and assisting with dessert menu production.

Our pastry cooks work closely with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of menu items. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of others in the kitchen. Cleanliness and maintenance of the workspace, along with careful stock inventory management, are critical components of the responsibilities. Compensation for this role ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, reflecting the value we place on experience and skill in our kitchen.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a pastry cook
  • Minimum 8 years of restaurant experience
