Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • At least 2 years of relevant pastry cook experience
  • Weekend availability required
  • Ability to work early mornings and holidays
  • Flexible schedule and open availability
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a pastry cook
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake desserts and pastries according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain and organize inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of pastry workstations and equipment
  • Assist in menu development and recipe testing for new pastry items
  • Monitor product quality and consistency to meet restaurant standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
