The community boasts a variety of dining outlets including the Fireside Grille, a contemporary restaurant serving American classics and comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; the Southern Oak, an upscale dining venue offering an elegant ambiance and exquisite dinner experiences Monday through Friday; and the Steeplechase Lounge, a favored evening spot featuring classic cocktails for residents. Additionally, there is the Corner Market which provides fresh baked pastries, coffee, grocery items, and quick bites, as well as Poplar Hall, a venue for catered events throughout the community. The Somerfield Health Center complements this robust food service offering by serving as a highly rated skilled nursing and assisted living facility delivering excellent dietary care to residents.
Working at The Heritage at Brentwood means being part of an extraordinary company dedicated to investing in the future of senior living by investing in its people. Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and hygiene in the workstation is essential, as is the proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
