The role currently available is for an experienced and qualified pastry cook. This position demands a strong passion for pastry arts, an eagerness to learn, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and culinary craftsmanship. As a pastry cook at Atomic Workshop, you will work closely with the Chefs de Cuisine, Sous Chefs, and Chef/Owners, ensuring clear and effective communication within the kitchen hierarchy. The role requires a genuine team player mindset, where success arises from collective effort and mutual support among all team members. Key attributes for this position include a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure, and an enduring commitment to the role for at least one year. Physical stamina is essential, as the job involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working across multiple levels involving stairs. Prior experience in pastry cooking is preferred to ensure you can contribute effectively from day one.
