Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
- Experience as a line cook, pastry cook, or prep cook with plating knowledge
- Great attention to detail, creativity with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- One year of culinary knowledge, technical abilities to create and decorate
- Knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, cooking, and baking techniques
- Communicating, coordinating, and developing with executive chefs and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work holiday shifts
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a line cook, pastry cook, or prep cook with plating knowledge

Job Duties
- Plating pastries during regular service hours using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Keep a good attitude and work well on a small team of other like-minded professionals
