Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing
  • safely and properly use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances
  • follow and ensure compliance with food safety and personal hygiene policies
  • monitor appliance and food temperatures and report any issues to management
  • clean and sanitize kitchen areas and organize workstations
  • monitor food quality and portion sizes during shifts
  • comply with company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • foster positive working relationships and support team goals
  • perform physical tasks including moving items up to 25 pounds and working in various physical positions
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
