Job Requirements

  • Available to work afternoon/evenings (5:00am -2:00pm)
  • Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Preferred 2-3 years of previous experience
  • Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
  • Reliable transportation to work

Job Duties

  • Accurately mix, bake, and decorate all products according to the bakery inventory list
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality by tasting products and ensuring all items are prepped and cooked to perfection
  • Take full ownership of your station including maintaining product pars, completing daily inventory sheets, and ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled at the end of each shift
  • Ensure every item produced meets the guest-ready standard with expert knowledge of sanitary food handling practices
  • Work shifts as a cohesive unit by communicating effectively with the kitchen team and assisting in loading delivery vans
  • Maintain a spotless workspace following the clean as you go philosophy to ensure safety and efficiency
