Job Requirements

  • Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Food Service Handler Card with at least 6 months remaining
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • 1-2 years of pastry experience
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to adapt to changes in menus and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in metric measurements
  • Ability to build cakes and plate banquets
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Product knowledge and research skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of pastry experience

Job Duties

  • Prepare recipes consistently for all hotel outlets ensuring delicious taste
  • Execute precise baking and pastry measurements
  • Communicate inventory needs and collaborate with team members
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations following health codes
  • Build cakes and plate banquets accurately
  • Collaborate respectfully with front and back of house teams
  • Adapt to menu changes and innovate new dessert offerings
