Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Bake and prepare a variety of products including breads cookies and pastries as well as fancy desserts
  • Decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods to meet presentation standards
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens mixers proofers and slicers safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all products meet the highest possible standards for quality freshness and food safety
  • Provide world-class customer service by engaging positively with patrons and taking pride in your creations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all display cases shelves and the general work area
  • Assist in stocking and rotating products to ensure displays are always full and appealing
  • Adhere to the companys core values focusing on putting people first and acting as one cohesive team
