Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months related experience preferred
- Willingness to work various shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to achieve ServSafe certification within first 90 days of employment
- Capability to use basic mathematics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, lift, and move in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of scaling, mixing, proofing, and baking breads and other baked goods preferred
- Ability to successfully achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers and fractions
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
Job Duties
- Perform basic pastry and baking duties including scooping and portioning of batters and measuring ingredients
- Use and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils including ovens, mixers, and knives safely
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized working environment, working closely with stewards
- Learn to perform more advanced pastry and baking duties and assist other culinary team members
- Assist in storing and rotating all inventories as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Perform job duties in compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
