Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of culinary or related experience
- culinary education or equivalent experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques

- commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items with consistency and quality, following standard recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
- complete mise en place and set up station for service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- prepare food items in advance based on forecasted needs, minimizing waste and overproduction
- operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely and properly
- ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of all food items in compliance with food safety standards
- monitor inventory levels, communicate shortages, and support cost control and waste reduction efforts
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- work collaboratively and professionally with team members and leadership
