Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items with consistency and quality, following standard recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
  • complete mise en place and set up station for service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • prepare food items in advance based on forecasted needs, minimizing waste and overproduction
  • operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely and properly
  • ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of all food items in compliance with food safety standards
  • monitor inventory levels, communicate shortages, and support cost control and waste reduction efforts
  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
  • work collaboratively and professionally with team members and leadership
