Job Duties
- prepare and bake a variety of pastries desserts and bread items daily
- develop and execute new dessert recipes and menu items
- maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all pastry products
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate timely delivery of pastry items
- supervise and train junior kitchen staff in pastry preparation techniques
