  • experience in a high volume setting is preferred
  • hands on experience in lieu of culinary school is acceptable
  • attention to detail and quality product required
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • physical stamina to handle kitchen demands

Job Duties

  • prepare and bake a variety of pastries desserts and bread items daily
  • develop and execute new dessert recipes and menu items
  • maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all pastry products
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate timely delivery of pastry items
  • supervise and train junior kitchen staff in pastry preparation techniques
