Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional pastry kitchen
  • Ability to start work at 5am five days a week
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependability and team-first attitude
  • Commitment to at least 2 years with the company
  • Food handler or ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a professional pastry kitchen
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • ServSafe or food handler certification preferred
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5am
  • Leadership skills to manage pastry assistants
  • Ability to work cleanly, organized, and efficiently
  • Willingness to accept feedback and follow direction professionally

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality pastries and breakfast items according to recipes
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily tasks of the pastry team
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Help maintain inventory and assist with ordering
  • Collaborate with the team to improve operations
