- supervise the pastry team and daily operations for the assigned outlet
- assist in developing recipes, creating seasonal specials, and managing inventory orders
- lead kitchen operations in the absence of the sous chef
- train and mentor team members on recipes, techniques, and presentation standards
- prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with established standards
- ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation at all times
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and storage standards in line with sops
