The Pastry Chef de Partie is a vital position within our kitchen brigade, focused on the precise preparation and execution of dessert and pastry items that align with the restaurant's culinary standards and aesthetics. This role demands not only technical expertise in classic and contemporary pastry techniques but also the ability to maintain consistent quality and efficiency in a high-paced kitchen setting. The Pastry CDP is entrusted with managing assigned stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization, mentoring junior staff, and promoting a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere. Operating typically 4 to 5 days per week and requiring flexibility to handle shifts that may extend to 40-50 hours weekly, the position is integral to both the operational success and innovative growth of our pastry program. This role serves as a foundation for aspiring leaders within the kitchen, focusing on skill mastery, teamwork, and professional conduct. Job Requirements

  • Texas Food Handler Certificate required
