Maxime's is New York City's newest private member's club, founded by renowned entrepreneur Robin Birley, who is also the owner of prestigious private member's clubs such as 5 Hertford Street and Oswald's in London. Located on the distinguished Upper East Side in Manhattan, Maxime's offers an exclusive and refined environment aimed at providing exceptional and discreet service to its members. Inspired by the ambiance of a private home, the club invites members to savor outstanding food and wine, surrounded by stunning decor that reflects both elegance and comfort. Maxime's is now seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join its world-class culinary brigade based in the Bronx Production Facility. This role involves assisting the Pastry Head Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs in producing specialty breads, cakes, and viennoiseries that meet the club's exacting standards.
