Job Duties
- Assist the Pastry Head Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs in pastry production
- ensure consistent quality and presentation of specialty breads, cakes, and viennoiseries
- maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety
- train and mentor junior pastry team members
- collaborate with culinary brigade to deliver exceptional daily products
- manage pastry preparation timelines to meet service demands
- uphold the club’s standards of hospitality through culinary excellence
