Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a pastry chef de partie or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
  • Solid understanding of pastry techniques including mixing, baking, piping, and decorating
  • Knowledge of pastry ingredients, flavors, and flavor combinations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
