Job Requirements

- 5 years of experience in volume production of baked goods and pastries
- Ability to understand and follow directions accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong oral communication skills and customer/client orientation
- Detail-oriented with excellent attentiveness and organizational skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Job Duties

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
