This position offers a salaried role with a competitive starting salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts or culinary arts preferred
- Minimum of 2 years pastry production experience in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work 45-55 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
