Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Dependable and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication in English
- Food handler's card or ability to obtain
- Willingness to complete HACCP training
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of baking experience in restaurants, catering, healthcare dining, bakeries, or commercial kitchens
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, measurements, and ingredient conversions
- Food handler's card or ability to obtain upon hire
- Knowledge of HACCP or willingness to complete HACCP training
- Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Effective communication skills in English
