Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years previous culinary experience, preferably in a hotel
- ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods
- excellent verbal communication skills
- able to lead and manage a team
- knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- ability to create and maintain high quality pastry products
- understanding of budget management and inventory control
- experience in training and mentoring staff
